There's a life that feels more like yours.
You're just not sure how to live it yet.

Before the arrow flies,
the fire has to be lit.

The Ember is a 10-week group coaching program for those who are done circling
the life they want — and are ready to ignite it.

Somewhere along the way, you started building the life that made sense on paper –

One that was “responsible”, “reasonable”, and what you were “supposed” to want —
but in the process, slowly lost what you actually wanted...

You're not sure when it happened.  All you know is you’re in a loop of ‘Is this really it!?’

Not because anything is wrong exactly, but because nothing feels quite right either. So you move through days that are objectively “fine”, exhausted and empty. Wondering if maybe you’re just burnt out!?

Three kinds of women find their way to The Ember.

You may see yourself in one, or in all three. Either way, keep reading.

A woman walking through a forest with sunlight shining through the trees, wearing a white dress, with long hair flowing.

You have a vision: a creative project, a life off grid, a business idea, a version of your days that feels more…alive.

You haven't let yourself say it clearly yet. Because saying it means admitting how much you actually want it. So you keep pushing it away — filing it under “someday”, when the timing is "right".

A person carrying a basket full of greens while walking on grass, with the title 'The Giver' overlaid.

Your life is full — career, family, everyone else's needs — the only thing missing is time and space for you. And in the rare moments it does appear, you're either too exhausted to enjoy it, or feel adrift…

Not really knowing how to fill the space because you're not quite sure who you are or what you need outside of getting things done and tending to others.

Graduate celebrating in the rain, holding a champagne bottle. The words "The Achiever" and "Luminary Medicine" are overlaid on the image.

You did everything right. Hit the milestones. Built the career, the life, the version of yourself that looked exactly like success from the outside. And then one day — you looked up and thought: is this really it?

Not because anything is wrong. Because something is missing. And you can't quite name what, because from every angle you can measure, you have everything you were supposed to want.

Different lives, same quiet pull toward a future that’s their own.
That's exactly where The Ember begins.

"Rachael helped me see that I do actually know my desires. I was just afraid of what it might mean to fully claim them."

As someone who struggled to identify my needs or what I truly want, many aspects of my life existed by default — often to accommodate others. She's been a powerful mirror, a loving space holder, and an activator as I've learned to take up more space, honour my needs, and create the life I truly want.

As a result, my business and relationships have profoundly shifted — and we're only just getting started. If you're tired of living the same day on repeat and want to awaken more aliveness, purpose and joy — you need Rachael in your life.

You'll notice this page uses women/she/her throughout — and while that reflects the community this space most often calls in, The Ember welcomes anyone who feels called to this work regardless of how they identify. LGBTQ+, non-binary, trans, and gender-expansive people are warmly and unconditionally welcome here. This work doesn't ask you to fit a particular mould — it meets you exactly where you are.

Silhouette of plants against a colorful sunset sky with purple, orange, and pink hues.

Here's what I've noticed after eight years of this work.

Most women don't struggle to move forward because they lack motivation, discipline, or the right strategy.

They struggle because they've never gotten really honest — about what they actually want, why they haven't let themselves have it, and what happens in their body every time they try to move toward it.

Close-up of a woman's shoulder with long hair, partially covered in shadows from leaves, set against a dark background with faintly visible flowers or plants.

Underneath the circling, the deferring, the “someday” — there are three patterns quietly running the show.

You didn't choose them consciously. They formed a long time ago, as ways to stay safe, to belong, to avoid the particular pain of being too much…or not enough. And they worked.

But they're still here. Organizing your life around who you had to be, rather than who you actually are, and preventing you from creating the life you desire.

A woman holding a large green leafy branch in front of her face, with dark background and golden brown hair.

The Hidden Commitments

The self-imposed conditions you've been waiting to meet before you allow yourself to want more.

“When I'm more financially stable. When life calms down. When I feel ready.”

These feel practical. Reasonable. But underneath them is something you're protecting without even realizing it.

The Nervous System Strategy

The way your body responds every time you move toward something that matters. The spark of aliveness that arrives with an idea — and contracts before you've acted on it. The free afternoon that somehow fills itself back up. The achievement that lands hollow — and the immediate reach for the next one.

This isn't a character flaw. It's your nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do.

The Expired Identity

The versions of yourself you've been performing for so long you've stopped noticing it's a performance. "I'm the responsible one...the helper...I'm not the kind of person who does that..."

These identities were formed to keep you safe — to belong, to be loved, to avoid the particular pain of being too much or not enough. They worked, once. But somewhere along the way, the armour became the cage.

A solid orange surface with small hair-like fibers scattered across it.

Once upon a time, they kept you safe.

But now? They're the reason the life you actually want keeps feeling just out of reach.

Working with these patterns is the key to creating the internal safety to finally claim what you want
– and – actually follow through on building it.

That's the work of The Ember.

A person holding a fabric or scarf near their face by a body of water during sunset.

"Within our 4 months together, I've been able to overcome issues and limiting beliefs that I've been working on with psychologists for years."

Rachael has an innate ability to cut through the BS, dig deep, and get to the root cause of what's really going on. She helped me implement actionable strategies to work through the issues I was facing, and supported me fully through recognising some hard truths from my past and in my present.

Old wounds that I felt I had closure on have resurfaced and have been thoughtfully and carefully moved through — healing difficult emotions that I didn't even realise I had buried. With Rachael's support, I've been able to create new thought patterns, build skills in overcoming recurring beliefs, and learn how to tap into my inner knowing and move toward embodying who I actually am each day.

I'm so proud to say that I've made over triple my original income in my business since working with Rachael. If you're ready to put in the work, you won't regret investing in yourself here.

Three movements. Twelve weeks. One honest direction.

The Ember is an twelve-week group coaching program for up to eight women — intimate by design.
Together, you'll move through three connected movements:

Feel It — Getting honest about what's actually been happening in your life. The things you've been tolerating so long you've stopped seeing them. The areas of your life that look “fine” from the outside and are quietly draining you from within.

Name It — Uncovering what you actually want. Not the filtered version or what "makes sense" — but what's genuinely true for you beneath the "shoulds".

Find It — Getting specific about your direction, and next step whether that's a targeted shift in one area or a bigger picture change.

Blurred image showing a person in white clothing with reddish-brown hair walking past a metal fence at night, with warm lights in the background.

These steps sound simple, but the work isn't in understanding them, it's in what gets activated when you try to move through them.

The part that tightens when you start to get honest.
The part that talks you out of what you want before you've even finished wanting it.
The part that's been keeping you safe by keeping you exactly where you are.

That's what The Ember holds you through.

You'll leave with something you may not have had in a long time: clarity.

Not the kind that requires you to have everything figured out.
The kind that comes from finally being honest with yourself.
That becomes something you can actually move from.

Not a plan. Not a formula. A fire lit from within.

"I learned that I'm the only thing standing between me and what I want. "

Rachael taught me to catch the negative spirals and celebrate the wins I used to ignore. In 8 weeks I started a business — me, the person who thought she couldn't.

Eight weeks ago I didn't think this was possible. Now I actually believe my dreams aren't just fantasies — they're plans.

"Having Rachael in my corner has been one of the most uplifting experiences of my life."

There is never any judgement about anything I say to her, and when my ego throws a tantrum, I know I have someone who has been through the same thing and is holding space for me and supporting me. This has gotten me through a lot of the hard stuff that if I was doing the work on my own, might have been the point where I had given up.

You can't quietly pass through
The Ember and come out the
other side unchanged.

Hi, I’m Rachael — I know this feeling intimately, because like you I couldn’t ignore it.

A woman with blonde hair in a garden near a fountain with water, trees, and people walking in the background.

I myself have lived and breathed this work for nearly a decade, before ever working with clients. As my own vision kept evolving, the patterns I thought I'd dealt with kept finding new and creative ways to surface — and learning to work with them rather than around them changed everything.

I spent years circling the life I wanted. Changing paths, changing countries, starting over more times than feels comfortable to admit. Telling myself I was searching when sometimes, honestly, I was just protecting myself from wanting something I wasn't sure I was "allowed" to have, or from the belonging I might lose by wanting something outside the bounds of what I was "supposed" to want.

I know what it costs to stay too long in a version of your life that doesn't fit — in a job that's draining the life out of you, in relationships you've outgrown. In an identity you've built around being the reliable one, the person who "holds it all together" — performed so long you hardly notice you're no longer living as a version of you that isn’t truly…you.

I've been the Giver and the Achiever running so fast I ‘never had time’ to ask “what do I want”, despite an inner voice yelling ‘not this’. And I've been the Dreamer with a notes app full of ideas I didn’t let myself  take seriously.

I know what becomes possible when you finally slow down enough to get honest with yourself. And I know how hard it is to come face to face with that alone.

My dad was the one who first showed me what it looked like to build a life on your own terms. He was an entrepreneur — working from our basement in a lab coat, present when we got home from school, doing things his way. He planted the seed early:

Freedom isn't something that’s handed to you. It’s something you create, and keep choosing for yourself.

A young woman and an older man smiling and hugging in front of a wooden fence with a barn in the background. There are black helium balloons shaped as the number 2 and 3, indicating a celebration of a 23rd milestone.

When I lost him suddenly in 2017, everything shifted. The things I'd been deferring felt urgent in a way they hadn't before. The path I'd been circling became the one I finally stepped onto — I dropped out of school, started my business, and bought a one-way ticket to Argentina, all within a month. Not because I had it all “figured out” — believe me, I didn't. But because I finally understood that waiting for the right moment was just another way of keeping myself “safe”.

This isn't a one and done process. I'm still in it. The patterns don't disappear, they just get subtler. At every level you have to learn to discern your truth from the noise of what you think you "should" want, be, or do. I still catch myself in the old familiar strategies. And I'm still working to choose myself over and over, to continue moving toward the life that's actually mine.

I'm sharing this because who holds this space matters. And I want you to know — before you commit ten weeks to this work — that I'm not leading it from a polished pedestal. I'm walking the path with you.

I've spent eight years supporting women to hear themselves clearly, name what they actually want, and find the direction that's genuinely theirs.

Not by giving them a plan, but by helping them get honest and clear in a way they haven't quite managed alone.

This is the work I know how to hold. And The Ember is where I hold it for the women who are ready to take the first step from dreaming to doing.

Every time I got lost in the mess of my own head, Rachael knew exactly what I needed to hear to get back on track."

I could spend days spiralling, trying to figure out why I felt stuck. With Rachael? She cuts through it instantly. After every call I knew what I needed to do next – even when it scared the hell out of me.

Having her in my corner changed everything. I'm not just hopeful about my future anymore - I actually trust that I can create it.

"Rachael helped me move through obstacles I'd never been able to overcome."

She creates a safe, nurturing space that allows for real expansion and cutting through resistance. Rachael doesn't just help you understand what's blocking you — she guides you through it. My business began to rearrange itself to reflect my natural pace. Boundaries felt more natural to uphold. Clarity came easily where it hadn't before.

Most profoundly, through our work I not only gained the clarity needed to create a life I love — I learned how to receive it. She helped me dissolve layers of self-limitation and step into my natural gifts with confidence. This work saved me from years of struggle.

That voice in your head is saying "I can't afford this right now" or "now isn't the right time" — Kat and Rachel told themselves that too.

Close-up of green textured paper with small black fibers.

"I kept telling myself I didn't have the time or money. Turns out, those were just the excuses I was hiding behind."

Joining was terrifying. What shifted everything? Learning to be ruthlessly intentional with my time and having Rachael pull me out of my spiral every time I fell back into old patterns.

She believes in you the way you need to believe in yourself — without basing that belief in your past experiences. If you're stuck in comparison or self-doubt, stop. Rachael will believe in you harder than you believe in your fear. This work is so much better when you're not doing it alone.

— Kat

"I thought I didn't have enough time, money, or discipline. Really, I was just scared."

Before working with Rachael, I had every excuse ready. She has this ability to know exactly when I need a reality check versus when I need support — and she doesn't sugarcoat either one.

She helped me move through fear instead of letting it make my decisions. Being coached by Rachael is hands down one of the best investments I've ever made. If you need someone who'll be real with you AND hold space for the scary parts — she's it.

— Rachel

The question worth asking isn't whether the timing is perfect.
It's whether the cost of waiting another year — still circling, still deferring, still telling yourself “someday” — is one you're
willing to keep paying.

Not someday. Not when things calm down. Not when you feel "ready."

Here. In twelve weeks. In a space your nervous system can actually settle into — witnessed by women who get it because they're in it too.

You've been feeling the pull for a while now. The 10:47 PM ceiling stare. The Sunday stomach tightening. The quiet, persistent sense that the life you're living isn't entirely yours yet. It's time to stop carrying that alone.

That feeling isn't a problem to manage. It's an invitation to answer.

The Ember begins September 15th. Space is limited to eight women.
